The assessment consultation has a cost, which will be deducted from the price of the first treatment if the client decides to proceed.

Internal Regulations

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled in person, by phone, or through the official channels available.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the treatment will be considered performed.

Assessment Consultation

An assessment consultation is required prior to any treatment. The cost of this consultation will be deducted from the subsequent treatment if the client decides to proceed.

Package Validity

Treatment packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, except in duly justified exceptional situations due to medical reasons or force majeure, in which case validity may be adjusted upon review.
Gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, subject to the same exceptions above.

Service Standards

For safety reasons, the following situations must be reported in advance:

Feverish condition
Use of specific medications (antibiotics or anti-inflammatories)
Active herpes or other skin conditions
Recent post-surgical period
Ongoing oncology treatment

Treatment may be interrupted at any time if any condition reported by the client is identified as a safety-related impediment to the start and/or continuation of the treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of all products currently used in their home-care routine.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are intact and unused.
Prepaid packages or services may be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been started.

Complaints

Ani Campagna – Advanced Aesthetics maintains both a physical and electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), as required by Portuguese law. In case of dissatisfaction, clients may file a complaint at our physical location or via the Electronic Complaints Book. We undertake to respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
